General Comments

Not friendly on the telephone. Not sympathetic either. I was on long term sick leave from work and i rang to explain this. I was told that payments I offered would be acceptable. I was then bombarded with letters and phone messages threatening court action. I paid what I could manage and explained each time that as soon as I was back at work I would bring account up to date asap, but was then threatened with repossession received court summons. I am now back at work, payments up to date and i am about to change mortgage provider to a bank with lower interest rates with customers best interests at heart.
