Bad Points
The awful (but understandable) noise that it makes when the brush bar gets stuck
General Comments
This thing is amazing! It makes earning money by hoovering the house easy. I haven't taken an inhaler for my asthma since we got this thing. The washable pre motor filter goes black the first time you use it, as does my parents face go when they see how much it picks up.
The first time you hear the horrible grinding noise the brushbar makes if it gets stuck will make you jump so much. It is designed to do this, because if it didn't, the motor could burn out
Give credit to James Dyson, I think it was worth over 5000 prototypes.
