General Comments

I ordered from Broadspeed (www.broadspeed.com) in August 2004. They may have smartened up their act now but I would not recommend them due to the incompetence I experienced and the risks involved in parting with 16 grand. Ordered in August 2004. Due for delivery 1st October 2004. Finally delivered 3rd December 2004, so half of that registration period was wasted.
Registration documents were then retained for 6 months and they wanted full payment before delivery.
Failed to deliver heated seats even though they were ordered.
I found out later that for my order between Broadspeed and the final Ford dealer there were three other people involved in the order process.
