Can't think of any.
Bad Points
Didn't deliver on service to provide cashback as promised.
Poor customer service.
No meaningful compensation.
General Comments
Mobile Shop have completely failed to deliver on their cashback promise, and they have offered no real compensation for such. They can't give any reassurances as to when they will be able to deliver, and in the meantime sit with my cashback money in their coffers, making them richer. Their customer service team are unhelpful and unfriendly.
