Good Points

M2 card included, very good headphones included, customisable equalisers very cool, good games for budget handset, PC Suite software very good, almost infinite amount of themes available on the internet, good price at around £50.

Bad Points

Bluetooth not included, direction joystick needs some getting used to, quite low quality camera.

General Comments

First off: this phone is great for its price, but the lack of Bluetooth is a little annoying, however if you prefer not to be bluejacked, viruses spread onto your phone and all of that stuff, you will find the IR connectivity fine for all your normal sharing needs (plus you can then connect it up to your PSP if you know how).

The Walkman software is easy to use and effective, the music quality is better than most MP3's including iPods, and the inclusion of a radio (which has great reception) pushes it even further above most of the MP3's available today, to make it the ultimate MP3 player I would recommend upgrading to a better M2 card though (not required though, as the included card stores around 40 tracks [3 hours of music] and lets face it, how many songs out of the 5000 on your iPod do you ACTUALLY listen to a day?

The Camera is VGA so its not too great, however when you see the pictures on a good screen (the phones is a little blurry, but not too bad) they aren't bad at all, tweaking the picture options will give you a good quality if done correctly. The frames and panoramic shoot types are also a lot of fun to use, so you wont feel as bad about the VGA camera.

Personally I find the design stylish and vibrant, and the features not bad at all, if you're after a phone in the £40-60 region, but are more of a music fan than taking tons of pictures, I would recommend the Sony Ericsson W200i.
