Works reasonably well if a connection is available.
Does not usually connect until 3 in the afternoon if at all. Customer services is a maze of options and then a very poor response.
Customers services is unhelpful and promises to call back and never does. They also put you on hold after its just took you 20 minutes in a Que after a maze of telephone options to get through. It is only when you here the flat tone of a disconnection you realize you have been cut of again. This is what you get when connected to there BT business package. How can I run a business if I am always on the phone to them trying to get connected. I can not achieve any work and my customers can not telephone me because I am going through the options again.
My contract has just ran out so I can find a better service provided. I would give BT a wide berth if you run some of your business via the Internet.
