Good Points

Does everything advertising says it will - warranty sucks


Bad Points

Back broke off of iron in less than six months. Cannot get anyone at Redfern (company I bought it from) to respond so I can return to have it repaired. Most discouraging considering price I paid.


General Comments

Spent $200 on this iron and the back broke off through no misuse on my part. Cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiries. And quite frankly, even if I did, me having to pay shipping and receiving to have it repaired, in less than a year of use, seems pretty unfair to me.
