Awful customer service following up a "lost" proof of ncd, despite the 1st class recorded delivery receipt.


General Comments

You get what you pay for. I just hope I don't have put a claim in this next year - their administration systems and procedures are appalling. I was with Privilege Insurance and only switched because of the cheaper quote. Mistake. Hopefully swiftcover will tarnish AXA's generally good reputation to such an extent, the parent company will step in an sort out this online mess.
