Quick easy access to and overview of all my accounts; instant transfer facility; easy setting-up or cancellation of DDs, STOs etc
Some waste of paper when printing statements. Rather limited entries to a screen page.
One of the better services from Lloyds TSB - having suffered from appalling inter-departmental communications, unwanted promotional literature, poor Customer Services at Recovery Centre, which would have led us to leave this bank long ago - thank goodness the local branch has excellent staff.
