You call the number and A PERSON answers it!!


General Comments

I've been with the NFU for a number of years and would recommend them to anybody. The best thing of all, you call there office and you don't select 1, 2 or press hash key, A REAL PERSON ANSWERS!! And as an earlier reviewer mentioned you generally speak to the same person. You also get a courtesy car after an accident and window and windscreen repairs by AUTOGLASS where you only have to pay the excess (£25 last time I think). I don't think they insure city drivers, but you don't have to be a farmer!
