Lack of restrictions, helpful customer service (in my experience - never had any problems, but were good with my moving house).
Speed consistency not what it used to be (but this could be due to my moving house); insisting on moving me to a capped service package (albeit fairly high limit and £1 cheaper), as previous uncapped package discontinued and no longer available on moving house :(
I've been with Freedom2surf for 3 years and overall - especially bearing in mind the seeming trend for all UK ISP services to get worse over time - have been very happy with their service. I'm currently helping a relative deal with the antics and terrible service of their once-excellent, now demonic provider, which has moved me to write this positive review! (Just don't let me down now, guys...)
