The place is clean and has easy parking, the cost of parking is refunded if you use the centre.
I found some of the pool attendants to be bolshie and unhelpful, (Rude) they were more concerned with stopping people enjoying themselves than actually helping with simple requests!
There are no swimming aids available to use such as rubber rings or Arm bands, if you need these for your child you have to buy them from reception, a pair of arm bands for our 3 year old cost £6.
The flumes were not open and the wave machine was operated only every 30 minutes! It was on for only about 5 minutes and then everyone waited for something to happen but all that was to do was to hang around for 30 mins until the next time they decided to turn the wave machine on! The staff looked bored and disinterested in what they were doing, which was sitting on chairs or wandering aimlessly around the centre!
This place could be so much better if, someone with some enthusiasm took over and thought of the paying customer and the needs of the children that use the facility!
