Good Points

Not hard to operate if you know how an espresso machine words. Even then, I read the manual and it is easy to follow. The steam wand produces lovely milk.

Bad Points

I don't like the rubber hat on the steam wand; from working in a coffee house for 5 years I simply took it off and now it works like a dream. I will also mention that this did not come with a jug to steam the milk; and it states in the manual that it does. There is also a jug displayed in the photos on the box (nowhere does it indicate one is not included). Once I found one, I have been happily steaming.

General Comments

I would recommend this to a friend. It was an excellent buy, and the 2 year warranty is also another incentive to purchase this product. I didn't like that I had to find the jug at another store on the other side of town; but it was well worth it once I had that cup of coffee.
