TV was OK when it worked


Bad Points

Constant problems, terrible quality, unrepairable, bad customer service


General Comments

We bought a 42" Philips plasma TV and it had constant problems. Finally it just died, and we were told that it could not be repaired. The TV lasted less than two years, and Philips will not make the part needed to fix. We were told by Philips there is nothing they can do for us. Terrible company, and terrible TVs. Do not buy a Philips TV unless you want problems.
