General Comments

I am very pleased with my air pistol, it is accurate, powerful, and versatile. I have had this gun for about four months, and so far it has worked great. It is very powerful, sometimes I can shoot clear through a tuna can without the can falling over. In real terms of power, it will shoot through about 80 pages in a phone book with a half full Co2 tank. The Co2 lasts about 80 shots. It's accuracy is pretty good, at ten yards I have got it shoot 2 inch groups with BB's, with pellets it shoots even better. It would probably shoot tighter off sand bags, but I don't have any. The P35s ergonomics are great and have made me like the Sig that it is modelled after. The only gun made by Gamo that I might like the ergonomics better is the V-3, because it seems to be modelled after a 1911, and I love 1911s. My two gripes about it is that the sights where really, really, bad when I got it. They shot about six inches high at ten yards, but after some filing of the back sight, they are fine. The other thing is that the gun will sometimes misfire, but when it does this I open the gun up, as if I was going to load it, and pull back the loading plunger and let it spring forward, and the next shot will fire. This works because when the trigger is at rest, the BB is pushed into a little block with a hole in it by the plunger. When you pull the trigger the block slides up to line up with the barrel, with the BB fitting tightly in the hole, and the charge of Co2 is released to send the BB down the barrel. I guess sometimes the plunger spring is not powerful enough to force the BB into the block on its own, so when I pull it back and let go, that's all it needs to force it in. TIn ending I would recommend this gun to any one who was looking for a inexpensive, accurate, and flat out fun air pistol.
