Had to think about that. After sales staff are quite pleasant.
From my experience, their cars!
The car I bought at CARCRAFT (sept 21) it has only travelled 32 miles (using it's own power) since the MOT inspection carried out at the NE (Birtley) branch before it 'broke down' and was transported back to their workshop on 24 Sept.
Whether it had a 120 point PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION who knows???
The car has now been in/at the workshop for 12 days and seemingly its still not road worthy (at time of this review) WELL to cut a long story short I am about to try and get a full refund. I have to put the request in writing so will have to wait for the postal strike to end.
