I booked entertainment for my son's birthday for 14th October 2007. I paid the booking fee and had a question about the booking. Aplus Entertainment never replied. I emailed, contacted them on the website and phoned every day, each time being on hold for over 1 hour.
I eventually received an email requesting full payment. I replied asking why they had not tried to contact me after all my emails and voice messages. I asked them to prove that they had any intention of booking entertainment for me.
I have now received another email asking for payment, otherwise face court action.
It is clear from these reviews that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience. Although I am lucky to only lose £50. I await their court action though.
