We are aware of the issues that we had over the last few months. Outdoor Toys Direct has recently put in place a new management structure, including new, experienced customer support professionals, who are more than happy to help resolve any issues you may have regarding service. This has had the benefit of dramatically reducing call waiting times on our phone lines and our email support service.     If you were aware of the issues why was nothing done to rectify them? Have you apologised to those customers affected ? No, I didn't think so. Just the usual statement issued - end of problem. It is a pity that these problems still seem to be a major factor at Kybotech. Nothing seems to have changed, even after the 're-shuffle' of management you describe.
