They are called the bank of Scotland
Bad Points
Since HBOS They are no longer a clearing bank and they are just so poor in all aspects. All is great until you need them then they just let you down.
General Comments
Very frustrating company to deal with. If I were you I would go straight to the Royal Bank of Scotland. They actually give you a manager to deal with.
