Good Points

Mobile World was useful for me when I visited the UK; it was cheap, and it worked. As an alternative to hotel phones, the savings are significant.


Bad Points

When I left the UK 4 months ago, I had a balance of 35 pounds on the account. After 60 - 90 days of non-use, the account was automatically disconnected, fair enough. Reconnection was free, but (!) after reconnection, my 35 pound balance was gone and I had to top up the account before I could use the SIM card. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that after reconnection my balance should still be there.


General Comments

I recommend the Mobile World SIM card for people who will use the service at least monthly (because it will be disconnected after 60 days of non-use and you may lose your account balance, as I did).
