Makes good coffee when it is working
It was broken on receipt. They took 3 weeks to repair it. When returned, it had not been repaired properly and still had faults, resulting in additional time in Halifax.
Gaggia Customer service is non-existent. I sent my Gaggia Titanium for service (£108), and I rang them when I had heard nothing for almost three weeks. The response was like the joke about a pair of shoes that had been with the cobbler for ten years. "It'll be ready next Thursday".
There are better and more reliable machines on the market.
