Good Points

I bought a Maytag dishwasher in March of 2003, yes it is quiet...when it works. It leaked because the manufacturer did not install the rubber gasket in the air vent on the door. Now it fills


Bad Points

The manufacturer failed to install a rubber seal in the air vent on the door, so every time the dishwasher was used water leaked through the door onto the floor. Now that problem is fixed, the dishwasher just does not wash, it fills with water, humms for a bit, then drains out the water and not one dish gets wet! Dependable?...I think NOT! I want to return this dishwasher, Maytag just wants to fix it, again! For a six month old dishwasher I have only used it approx. three months.

Maytag dishwashers may be quiet, but do they work?
