At the time of purchase the chain had a lot of slack, and bounced whilst going down drips, this scratched the frame.

General Comments
The Urban 400 is a brilliant bike, I've never had such a good time cycling long distances. It offers a range of high quality parts for the maximum performance. The weight of the bike is great for going fast, also the gears were great and offer a great ride. The tyres offer grip, and are slim, meaning it is quick and safe. The suspension is also very neat, it enables you have an ultra smooth ride, and a bonus it the seat suspension.
