Staff appear to be helpful and pleasant


Bad Points

They promise a lot, but deliver nothing. Their role as brokers is more of a hindrance than a help.


General Comments

AA Car Insurance appeared to deliver the best quote, but, if you have to use them, check out who the insurance is actually with. My experience with Zenith (via the AA) was very bad. AA said that they would help, but they did very little and actually caused more delays. If you have an accident, you have to go through all the details with the AA, and then repeat everything again with the insurance company - horrendous mobile bill ('freephone numbers' are still charged on mobiles). Also, they have in the past added PPI (payment protection insurance) to the policy without asking me, so check your payment details carefully. Never use the high rate number they give you, use the 0800 number that's in the phone book - you can still get through!
