I had VPI for the first two years of my dog's life, and I will admit I was unhappy. I changed providers and spent the next year and a half just as frustrated but paying more and getting less back. So after careful research I gave VPI a second chance and I have to say they have changed drastically. No longer am I paying high premiums (even with the highest level of coverage) or waiting long periods to receive my cheques. Something has changed at VPI and it is for the better.
