Good Points

Eastern European call centre, however they are polite and friendly


Bad Points

Be aware when you try to claim your upgrade with 2 years no claims. This has to be done in the same month as you re-new your contract with your service provider, otherwise you will need to wait another year. I bought my insurance through 2u in September 2005, but I had bought my handset in May 2005, so this year, when I went to request my upgrade in September, I was told I would have to wait until the following May when I upgraded again!!
They do not make this clear on their website.


General Comments

I have now cancelled my mobile phone insurance policy with 2U because I enquired about the upgrade from them in May, and I was told it would be processed in September with my renewal. Now I have called back, I have been told to wait another 8 months.
I would recommend looking into websites that offer lower monthly premiums, as that will be a better reward than something for 'free'.

At least be very careful when trying to get anything from 2U.
