Usually fairly reliable.
I am currently looking for a new provider. Due to the very poor technical support at Eclipse! I got slow speed problems and high packet loss and was fobbed off regularly by support. When they finally get around to sending you a form to send to BT they start it by stating that they could end up charging you a couple of hundred pounds if the problem ends up being your fault. The questions they ask in the form are not exactly simple and I imagine the average user would be pretty clueless to answer some of them. Also, each time you move they seem to tie you in to another 12 month contract.
