Good Points

The RBS internet banking service is very easy to use, all the functions are clear and there is so much you can do without having to go into a branch. They also offer an extended service for private banking customers which enables you to do carry out transactions which would normally involve you going into a branch.


Bad Points

After using other banks internet banking facilities I have to say the RBS service is far superior. No bad points I can think of.


General Comments

I would highly recommend using the RBOS Internet service. Like someone has mentioned already if you're having any problems you can call someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and you internet log in details are the same for telephone banking. Brilliant!
