The hotel was very clean and the pool area was lovely, the food was nice and was reasonably priced aswell.
Bad Points
The reception staff were rude, as was the security, there were 16 of us (girls) there and they would not give us the time of day as they must have thought of us to be rowdy!!!!! The staff would talk in Spanish whenever we would walk past and make us feel very uncomfortable by laughing at us.
General Comments
We were not made to feel welcome at Hotel Barcelo Pueblo, if you are under 50 do not stay at this hotel. The hotel was wrong by putting a bunch of girls who are away for a good time in with people who want a relaxing holiday, its not a good mix!! we were never rude or disrespectful to the other guests but they made us feel like we were not welcome. Other than that Benidorm is a top holiday if your looking for a funny cheesy holiday with your mates.................just get a better hotel!!!!!
