All metal, only plastic is on the grips, amazing accuracy, very powerful.
Sticky pellet release button, competition barrel gets kind of loose, nothing really bad about it.
I bought this gun because of an ad and the ad said that the cp88 had 426 fps. But i later figured out that the competition has 426fps and the cp88 has 393fps. I shot a dime 45 ft. away and shot it second try. My other airgun (Crosman), would have to aim up about a foot and probably miss the target. This gun is my favourite so far. Very good quality in the building of it. All metal design is rigid and if you have the walnut grips on your cp88_c , then there is no plastic on or in it. My overall review is that.....this is an amazing air pistol!
