Good Points

Good design and Excellent Build Quality
Large screen
Excellent use of Batteries - 2 AA last longer than with any other camera I have used
Good Image quality and video mode
Very easy to use


Bad Points

Only limited manual settings ie. no aperture priority setting
Expensive Memory stick


General Comments

Now, had this DSC-W5 almost 3 years and it has given excellent service and clocked up nearly 5,000 photos. Not had a single problem with it. It's been on all the family holidays and everyone uses it - we have very good photos to show.
I've had plastic digital cameras in the past but this is a solid well made camera in a metal case - I would certainly buy another Sony camera as the build quality is second to none.
