None, not one - nightmare service.
Can't access my account, because it's closed, and Egg won't tell me how much interest they have added, so I can't pay that off, and their communications are truly hopeless. They first told me I owed them £6000, then that became £600 - so I paid that, and then they said the account is closed but there's more interest, send us £2,70, oh and the cheque will cost you £2.00. I am now waiting to here exactly how much they want me to send to close this bloody Egg card account and I will NEVER use Egg or the Prudential again!
