Good Points

The pool was very nice but the loungers and tables were filthy. the animation team were very loud but friendly especially if you were young and single, the holiday rep was ace always smiling and always willing to help


Bad Points

The hotel room was barely cleaned, the food was boring and repetitive, I would advise not booking trips from the guys in reception. The staff at reception always looked miserable, please do not ask for a late check out they will say yes until you come to book you room for an extra few hours then it wont be available they will then say we will let you have a room to have a shower but again they will say we haven't got one available. So in the end we had to get changed in the public toilets.


General Comments

The hotel was located in a very boring area with only a power station a pub and one shop the hotel is like a rabbit warren and very difficult to locate your room if your on the top floor, by the way this hotel does not have lifts so if anyone has walking problems ask for a ground floor. The best food around is the salon bar in sousse very good food and the staff were assertive and friendly.
