General Comments

We recently got married, and due to the fact that our groomsmen were living around the country, we chose Debenhams for easy access. After meeting the salesman at a wedding faire, he booked us an appointment for 3 months before the wedding. When we arrived, he informed us that we would need to do it closer to the date. A total waste of a day! When we did manage to do a fitting, we were given forms to send out to our groomsmen so that they could get fitted. They went to Leeds, Birmingham, Clapham Junction and another London store, and they all had problems with VERY unhelpful staff. Despite the original agreement that we would collect the suits from our local store, we had to fight on each occasion to have this agreed. We were then told a week before the wedding that they were 2 waistcoats short. Which meant many more phone calls and two separate trips to the stores. The shirts were also very badly sized.

The only recommendation I make to my friends is to not use Debenhams for their wedding.
