I ordered a kitchen from B&Q about six weeks ago, which did turn up on the date that was specified... At least most of it did anyway. The cooker that I ordered with the kitchen was not on the delivery, and after calling B&Q, I was told that there were no more in stock and that range was also discontinued.
Five cupboard doors were missing, and the poles that hold the cupboards together wasn't even on the order! They said that these items would take another six or so weeks to be delivered.
The real pain was the fact that the fitter had already started to fit the kitchen.
I will definitely not be buying anything from B&Q ever again, and I just can't wait for this ordeal to be over. The worst shopping experience I have ever had.
