Great people on the end of the phone, truly understand and wish there was more that they could do.

General Comments

Where do I start, quoted 10 day turnaround time as an EXISTING mortgage holder when I had to move and increase the mortgage. 37 days later and endless calls letters etc I am waiting for an answer. If I leave then there is a £4000 redemption penalty to pay plus fees lost and a whole heap of other costs that I have been saddled with. As of tomorrow I am homeless and in real danger of losing my chosen property. I have supplied the following and they are STILL stalling; P60 (06-07), 4 months payslips (Prorata £119k), letter from employer, letter from employer's accountants, 3 months bank statements, letter from HMRC confirming P60 information and don't forget that I am an EXISTING customer. I have been quited all sorts of deadlines for decisions and none have been reached.
