Good points accumulation scheme where you can collect points and buy products from retail outlets.
Not a customer friendly credit card company.
Customer service is the pits. They don't have enough staff to service the number of customers calling in, so it's expensive to hold in their call queue until someone can be bothered to answer the phone.
