General Comments
Booked through Thomas Cook in Bangor, North Wales after being let down by Olympic Holidays when they cancelled our booking in Rhodes and offered us sub standard accommodation with no refund. Thomas Cook staff were excellent and found a better quality hotel package in Rhodes for £300 less than Olympic were charging and than we were quoted by First Choice in Llandudno. Brenda was excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
