Solid, reliable and relatively compact phone. The battery life is great and links up excellently with my Sony Bluetooth headset.
Bad Points
Annoyingly the buttons on the right hand side of the phone get pressed when picking the phone up. If your Nokia 6021 isn't locked then you end up with recordings lasting 10 minutes of you walking down the street or singing in your car!
General Comments
I use my Nokia 6021 for work and don't need anything flashy. I just need a reliable phone that has a good battery life which is easy to use. Like most Nokia's this phone is a breeze to operate. Voice tagging is easy to set up and linking to Bluetooth is easy. For me its simplicity and reliability are its best features.
