Good Points

The staff cannot do enough to make you feel wlecome, I've never been treated so well by the staff. The gala night is not to be missed, all the staff take part. It was a wonderful holiday atmosphere. The entertainment is first class, we were especially lucky, Korben of pop idol fame was one of our entertainers and he was incredible. Look out for John, he is by far the best entertainer we have seen. His water aeorbics sessions are not to be missed, laughter from beginning to end.

Bad Points

The hotel pool area needs sprucing up a little and maintaining, sweeping and clearing the pool area daily would be good.

General Comments

A fantastic hotel, the staff are excellent, never met better than these guys, they work hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Please do not miss Gala night, you will only miss out on the best night of your holiday if you do. Try to make sure you are around the patio area at approx 11.00pm every night, the staff perform!!
