Everything, I cant think of anything worse than this bank


General Comments

Unfortunately I have a mortgage and a current account with them. From day one they totally messed up my mortgage to the point where I nearly ended up homeless and it has been a continuous battle with them. They are completely incompetent and I hate everything about them and they have completely messed up my credit rating. Anyone considering using them for anything....I would advise not to do it.
