Films were quite good.
Bad Points
Toilets were disgusting - excrement up the walls. They ran out of children's meals on both flights even though it was booked 6 months in advance and they didn't seem to mind the kids not eating through the flight. Ran out of pillows and blankets on flights.
General Comments
General lack of customer service. Worst flight ever. Ruined holiday of a lifetime to Florida.
Wrote and complained. They didn't even bother to put a stamp on the reply and it cost me £1.04 to retrieve it from the Post Office. Just sent back standard template letter - no personal touch whatsoever. Just awful.

I agree- I paid for my meals when I booked which was about 6 months in advance and because my daughter was sleeping when meals arrived they tried not to give her one even though I paid £15 for it. Read my review of them to find tips around this.
