An excellent cooking site, gives wonderfully easy instructions for a huge range of recipes all with step-by-step photos.
Shows you how to cook the right way but also shows you 'sneaky' ways of cooking for when you're in a rush.
Helps you to fix mistakes should you make them.
A good range of dishes from traditional to world and to fusion.
Bad Points
Navigation is okay but the site would really benefit from a search bar.
The chef seems to be a little bit crazy. I don't know what somersaults and backflips really have to do with cooking?!
General Comments
If you can't cook or think you can and need to improve your knowledge and skill base then this is the site for you!
Easy to follow recipes.
Amazing outlook to weightloss through cooking.
Excellent guidance with good pointers and troubleshooting.
The chef is extremely knowledgeable breaks down the science, history and tradition of each dish and I honestly think he puts Jamie Oliver to shame.
