Good Points

We can say we were there.

Bad Points

Unfortunately we joined the masses mislead to believe this is the best amusement park in Europe, with nothing but the care for the visiting children and their parents. Well, in my opinion they don't seem to care about the visitors. Zero tolerance. Bad attitude. No service. No hospitality. They didn't even bother to comment on our complaint letter!

General Comments

Don't bother to go here if you can avoid it. We enjoyed the Dutch amusement parks ten times more then this one. This is a glorified nothing. About 30% of attractions were closed at some part of the day (repeatedly for the 3 days we spent there!). Cruel staff prevented my 5 year old son from going on one of the attractions because they decided he is too short - and chased us through a 2 hour queue to prove it while holding the measuring rod diagonally, taking it above his head just to prove their point. We sent them a complaint and they didn't even bother to comment on our letter. It was bad accommodation, horrible over priced junk food (extremely over priced!), disappointing closed attractions, anti social and anti-children staff. In short - never again!

Better late than never: Disney Guest Communications Department finally replied my complaint letter, on October 5. At least they took my comments very seriously and really bothered to relate to each specific item, stating they value the feedback and they do something about it. Which is really, what I wanted when I wrote to them.
On top of it they offered us some compensation, which we may or may not be able to use - according to our future travel plans, I guess. Paris isn't exactly "around the block" for us...
Here are 2 points back to Disneyland Paris.

Hi, do you know where I can send a letter of complaint to Disneyland Paris? Thanks, pud. x
