Bad Points

I joined Amazon dvd rental and cancelled after the 2nd dvd.
Both dvd's stuck on freeze frame every few minutes, and could not be moved by remote control, forcing me to re start the dvd's every time. This was not a fault with our dvd player, as other dvd's work perfectly and we have never encountered this problem before, we also tried Amazon dvd's on a brand new player, and the 'sticking' persisted, much to my frustration, I do not wish to sit through any more films re starting and fast forwarding to find my place again, and so i have cancelled my subscription, which is disappointing, as I complained about the 1st dvd , giving them the chance to send me an unblemished one, and much to my disgust the second one was just as bad.


General Comments

Very poor quality of dvd's, the 1st 2 on the free trial stuck on freeze frame every few minutes, leaving me with no option but to restart the film and fast forward it to find my place, over and over again, this was not a fault of our player, as we tested the Amazon dvd's out on a brand new player and it persisted on doing the same thing, and we have never had this problem with any other dvd before.
I feel totally frustrated with Amazon dvd rental as I complained about the 1st one and got exactly the same problem with the 2nd one.
I have now cancelled my subscription on what I had hoped would have been a pleasant experience. Bad show Amazon!!!
