Good Points

Lowest cost of insurance among companies shopped.


Bad Points

Poor customer service--slow payment of claims---decline most of claims submitted.


General Comments

They are quick to respond to queries to enrol you, but then the service grinds to a halt.
Every time I call it is a ten minute wait--it usually takes four to six weeks to process claims-most non life threatening claims appear to be declined as either excluded or pre-existing.
This is my second dog insured with them, and of the six claims I have made-four have not been paid or paid at ridiculously low levels ($600 submitted and $85 paid on the last claim).
