Bad Points

They are going through growing pains and do get backlogged at times, but that's a normal occurrence for a cart provider. I challenge anyone to find an online software provider that doesn't go through this. I've never seen one myself.


General Comments

We had to restructure our entire catalog and we were able to do it in 1 day. The architecture design of the cart is done very well and we were shocked at the ease of being able to move products and categories around.

The cart is packed with good features and tools for marketing. Google products uploads, affiliate campaigns, flexible discount codes, and more.

The catalog is very flexible in terms of being able to customize the way you want to build things for an advanced user like us, but also has all the usual web interfaces expected for a novice user. We have asked for tweaks and upgrades many times to fit our needs and Americommerce was happy to build them.

I reviewed no less than 20 carts before choosing Americommerce and none came close to the features they have at the prices they offer. We were using Monster Commerce before them and happy to leave for a place that will give you personal service.

I have recommended Americommerce to friends many times. Their service has been an integral part of our success and I have no plans on leaving them any time soon.
