I found Start Your Business magazine really useful as I've just started a limited company. I would definitely recommend buying it if you're just starting up or in the beginnings of your business as there's loads of information and tips for new businesses from choosing a name to employing staff to creating a website, and there's features on successful entrepreneurs telling you how they did it. A good section on book reviews too. This magazine really does cover everything. A quality read.
