Good Points

Looks great, some fantastic examples of typography, design and advertising.

Bad Points

Pricey, a few too many adverts. Not for everyone I guess, only those with an interest in visual communication (albeit a somewhat anally obsessive one).

General Comments

Creative Review is an essential buy for anyone in the visual communications (ie advertising, graphic design, animation, photography etc), plus anyone who's a student of a related subject as it brings you up to date with what's hot in the creative industries each month. Great source of inspiration for students and professionals alike, there's also a classifieds section with details of creative recruitment agencies. There are a lot of advertisements in this publication which lets it down slightly, and makes the content a little thin, however the content that is in there is worthy content. If you're a design geek like me then you'll love the overall look and feel of the magazine, almost as much as the examples of great visual communication that are featured each month.
