Good Points

Only that when we bought it we were told that it was powerful enough to meet our needs.


Bad Points

Disgusting would not buy a Hoover product ever again.


General Comments

Dreadful cleaner, everything has literally fallen apart. Carpet height level broke of within a month. Switches just came off in my hand. Collapses and won't stay upright, Nozzle split. Bags and filters are very expensive. Now motor is going leaving an awful burning rubber pong and is very very noisy. All this after just under twelve months of use. Awful will never buy Hoover again!
